Overview
The Customer Experience Administrator is a newly created position to support multiple aspects of our customer interactions. This is a part-time position with the potential for career growth. It is estimated that this position can be up to 90% remote, with the other 10% of the time being spent either at our shop locations or interacting with local businesses. This position will support operations of the five Capriotti's Sandwich Shop locations operated by Ruby Food Company (Royersford, North Wales, Springfield, Glen Mills, and Flourtown).

Beside our workers, our customers are the most vital part of our success and profitability. We interact with our customers everyday. Sometimes it's while taking orders at the register, and other times it's discussing catering opportunities with the local high school. It's important to understand what our customers are telling us and find ways to improve performance and generate sales. The Customer Experience Administrator will work with the shop General Managers and the Regional Manager to ensure we maintain excellent communications with our customers and improve overall satisfaction. This position will require an estimated 15 hours of work per week. There is opportunity for this role to expand in responsibility and hours depending on performance.

Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and knowledge of social media platforms. Previous customer service experience is desired.

Responsibilities
  • Content creation and posting for social media accounts (TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram)
  • Trending customer feedback scores (SMG is the tool used by Capriotti's)
  • Initial contact with customers that request callback through SMG platform
  • Weekly reporting to Regional Manager on both areas for improvement and areas of strong performance
  • Responding to Google and Yelp reviews
  • Outreach to local businesses and organizations
  • Building customer database
  • Communicating upcoming deals and specials to both our customers and our staff
Training
  • Two weeks of in-shop training to learn Capriotti's menu and processes
  • Periodic training of new items or processes (may be remote)
  • Introduction to Soci for social media and review response
  • Introduction of SMG platform for customer feedback scores and reporting
Compensation
  • Annual part time salary of $10k-$15k.
  • Potential of commission-based pay

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per year
