PURPOSE OF POSITION:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing Project Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This individual will play a key role in our brand's social presence, driving engagement, and supporting the successful launch of new shop openings. As a Marketing Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing social media posting, managing new store openings, and collaborating with our creative agency to ensure our marketing efforts align with our brand vision. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Project Coordination: Work closely with senior members of the marketing team to coordinate a diverse range of ad hoc marketing projects aligned with the company's marketing objectives. These projects may encompass special campaigns, event promotions, content creation, partnerships, and more.
  2. Campaign Management: Aid in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to deadlines and deliverables. This involves liaising with cross-functional teams like design, content, and digital marketing.
  3. Content Development: Contribute to content creation initiatives by crafting compelling copy for various marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and other communication channels.
  4. Market Insight: Conduct thorough research to glean insights into industry trends, target audience behaviors, and competitor activities. Offer recommendations derived from research findings to enhance ad hoc projects.
  5. Data Evaluation: Assist in the collection and analysis of marketing performance data, furnishing insights and recommendations to optimize both ongoing and future projects.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain messaging consistency, uphold branding standards, and ensure synergy across marketing endeavors. Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed for seamless project execution.
  7. Documentation Management: Maintain meticulous project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status updates, and reports, to monitor progress and gauge project success.
  8. Creativity and Innovation: Introduce creative ideas and innovative strategies during brainstorming sessions for ad hoc projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
  9. Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment by swiftly adjusting to shifting priorities and evolving project requirements.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Foundational understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  2. Proficiency in Meta and Google marketing suites, demonstrating technical capabilities.
  3. Understanding digital media from both technical and strategic standpoints.
  4. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and adept at managing multiple tasks concurrently.
  5. Possess an analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and providing data-driven recommendations.
  6. Collaborative team member with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
  7. Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with familiarity in various marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
  9. Skilled in data analysis, particularly using Excel.
  10. Competence in utilizing Adobe Creative Suite.
  11. Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Review Management Platforms.
  12. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
  13. 1-3 years of agency experience, demonstrating expertise in marketing and driving sales in a multi-unit restaurant environment.
