We’re a Capriotti’s looking for a Shift Lead who can run a shift without hand-holding. No corporate fluff. Busy shop, small team, real growth if you earn it. There’s a training period before you’re running shifts on your own.
What you’ll do
- Own opening, midday, or closing shifts end to end
- Make sure sandwiches go out Capriotti’s way and guests get a good experience
- Direct the team, jump on register/expo/line when needed, and keep the shop clean and moving
- Help train people and flag problems early
- Partner with the GM on staffing, inventory, and daily execution
What we expect
- You show up on time, every time. No call no show means you are fired. We do not give second chances on this.
- You can lead under pressure, follow the recipes, and hold the standard without being a jerk
- You’re at least 18, can work a fast pace, and are okay with nights and weekends
- Leadership experience in QSR, fast casual, or retail helps, but reliability and coachability matter more
- You want to grow into Assistant Manager, then GM as we open new stores

Compensation: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
