What You'll Do
As a Restaurant Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering memorable guest experiences by:
- Greeting guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Taking guest orders accurately
- Preparing sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to Capriotti's standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Following food safety and sanitation procedures
- Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Working collaboratively with teammates and leaders
- Supporting restaurant operations during busy periods
- Helping create a fun and energetic atmosphere for both guests and team members
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation: $12.50 per hour
