Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Brand Content & Social Media Manager to work in our corporate office (Las Vegas, NV)!

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Brand Content Manager owns Capriotti’s social presence across both sides of the business: consumer brand and franchise development. This role sits at the intersection of the two, bridging a gap that has historically been run in silos, and looks for every opportunity where one shoot, one story, or one post can serve both audiences.

The person in this seat is a hands-on creator first, filming and editing in shops, in the office, at company events, and in the in-house content room studio, then publishing, engaging, and routing the conversations that follow. Franchise development inquiries are handed off to the Franchise Development department, guest and customer issues are handed off to the Customer Support team, and nothing sits unanswered.

The ideal candidate has an excellent creative eye, stays ahead of visual and platform trends, knows how to make food look irresistible on camera, leverages AI tools to move faster without losing the human voice that makes the brand real, and brings sharp analytical instincts to keep testing and improving what performs.

OUR WHY:
At Capriotti’s, our passion is to be extraordinary. Being extraordinary gives our lives meaning. It gives our lives purpose. It keeps life interesting and allows us to look forward to the future. What does it mean to be extraordinary? It is the polar opposite of just plain ordinary. We wake up each day to be remarkable, to be exceptional, to be amazing, to be astounding.

CORE VALUES:
1.      Passion – Be the Best
2.      Family – Care about people
3.      Integrity – Walk the Talk
4.      Profitability – Everyone Wins
5.      Genuineness – 100% Real

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media Ownership (Consumer & Franchise Development)
  • Manage day-to-day publishing across all Capriotti’s social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Google Business Profile.
  • Build and maintain a unified content calendar, coordinating timing, messaging, and campaign support. Use AI-powered scheduling tools to streamline calendar management and optimize post timing.
  • Follow established creative direction and brand standards while bringing fresh executional ideas to every platform.
  • Adapt each piece of content to the native strengths of the platform rather than cross-posting a single asset everywhere.
  • Launch all New Store Openings with dedicated social media support, including content creation and local market activation.
Content Production: Short Form and Long Form
  • Film and edit short-form vertical video, including on-trend Instagram Reels and TikToks shot in shops and in the office.
  • Produce long-form content including podcast-style episodes, interviews, web classes, and educational franchise development content.
  • Shoot food photography and videography that meets brand standards and makes the product the hero.
  • Capture content on location at company events, franchise partner shops, and the corporate office.
  • Own the full production process from concept and shot list through capture, edit, graphics, captions, and publish.
  • Maintain an organized asset library so footage, stills, and finished pieces are easy to find, repurpose, and share.
  • Leverage AI-assisted editing and captioning tools to speed up turnaround without sacrificing quality.
Content Room & Studio Support
  • Operate the in-house content room and podcast studio, including cameras, lighting, audio, teleprompter, and capture equipment.
  • Set up, break down, and maintain studio gear, and troubleshoot issues so shoots stay on schedule.
  • Support executives, department leaders, and other team members in producing their own content, coaching them on delivery while handling the technical side.
  • Keep the studio in a ready state so any team member can be recorded on short notice.
Community Management & Lead Handoff
  • Manage comments, DMs, mentions, and reviews across all channels, responding in brand voice and actively driving engagement. Use AI tools to help triage and draft responses for faster turnaround on high-volume days.
  • Ensure every franchise development lead generated through social is captured and handed off to the Franchise Development department promptly and with full context.
  • Ensure every customer relations and guest recovery issue surfaced on social is handed off to the Customer Support team promptly and with full context.
  • Monitor sentiment and surface recurring themes, complaints, and opportunities to the appropriate department.
  • Build relationships with franchise partners, employees, and brand fans who create content, and amplify the best of it.
Analytics, Competitive Intelligence & Optimization
  • Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, lead generation, etc.) by channel, format, and audience, and provide clear, actionable insights on what is working, what is not, and what to do next. Use AI-driven analytics tools to speed up reporting and surface trends faster.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and social listening to identify opportunities and inform strategy across both consumer marketing and franchise recruitment. Use AI-based social listening tools to accelerate this process.
  • Test new content ideas and formats (video, Reels, Stories, etc.) to optimize engagement, audience growth, and recruitment performance.
  • Stay up to date on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats to keep both brands relevant and competitive.
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
  • Identify and manage influencer, creator, and partnership opportunities to expand brand awareness, franchise recruitment, and credibility.
  • Automation, Funnels, and AI-Enabled Workflow
  • Build and maintain ManyChat automations that convert social engagement into captured leads and feed the appropriate content funnel.
  • Coordinate with the media buyer and marketing team so organic content and paid campaigns reinforce each other.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate scripting, editing, captioning, repurposing, and reporting without compromising quality or voice.
  • Continuously test new tools, formats, and workflows, and document what works so it can be repeated by the team.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Three or more years managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or multi-unit business, with a portfolio that demonstrates it.
  • Proven ability to shoot and edit video end to end, both short-form vertical and long-form.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva; working knowledge of Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, Descript, or CapCut is a plus.
  • Hands-on comfort with camera, lighting, and audio equipment (mirrorless cameras, XLR microphones, LED lighting, teleprompter).
  • Experience with ManyChat or comparable automation platforms, and a working understanding of how content feeds a funnel.
  • Active fluency with AI tools and a demonstrated track record of using them to increase output or quality across content creation, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Basic-to-strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics; comfort turning data into recommendations.
  • Strong creative eye, awareness of current visual and platform trends, and the judgment to know which ones fit the brand.
  • Demonstrated skill in food photography and videography strongly preferred; restaurant, hospitality, or franchise experience a plus.
  • Excellent written communication and the ability to write consistently in an established brand voice.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple shoots, deadlines, and channels at the same time.
  • Comfortable on camera and capable of directing team members who are not.
  • Experience working with influencers or user-generated content a plus.
  • Availability and flexibility to support an "always-on" social media presence, including occasional nights, weekends, and responsiveness outside standard business hours around events and launches.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for shoots and events.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local shop visits.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, film, or a related field preferred; equivalent portfolio and experience considered in place of a degree.

Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
