What You'll Actually Do
You'll run the shop like it's your own business — because in a lot of ways, it is:
- Lead your team: hire, train, coach, and schedule a crew that actually wants to come to work
- Own the numbers: manage labor, COGS, cash, and P&L to hit targets without sacrificing guest experience
- Own the guest experience: keep food quality, cleanliness, and service consistent with Capriotti's standards
- Drive local sales: run local shop marketing and build relationships in the Colorado Springs community
- Solve problems in real time: you're the person the team looks to when something needs a decision, fast
What You Bring
- Prior experience managing a restaurant, retail, or QSR location (leading a team, not just working shifts)
- Comfort with P&L, labor management, and basic reporting/POS systems
- The ability to stay calm, organized, and hands-on during a busy rush
- A genuine "roll up your sleeves" attitude — this is an active, on-your-feet leadership role
The Physical Side (So There Are No Surprises)
- Comfortable working near ovens/coolers (ranging from freezing to hot kitchen conditions)
- On your feet and moving around the shop for most of your shift
- Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs. occasionally

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
