We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Restaurant Shift Lead who enjoys working with people, takes pride in great food and service, and is ready to step into a leadership role.
Pay: $17/hour + tips
As a Shift Lead, you’ll play an important role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly, supporting your teammates, and making sure every guest has a great experience. You’ll lead by example while building valuable skills in restaurant operations, customer service, and team leadership.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the team during your assigned shifts
- Help ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day restaurant operations
- Provide friendly, professional service and create a great experience for every guest
- Prepare Capriotti’s sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food is prepared accurately, safely, and consistently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
- Accurately take orders and process transactions through the POS system
- Help coach and support team members during each shift
- Assist with inventory, product organization, and other operational tasks
- Communicate effectively with management and other Shift Leads
- Help maintain a positive, respectful, and energetic team environment
- Step in wherever needed to keep the team and restaurant moving
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have previous restaurant or food service experience
- Enjoy working with customers and providing excellent service
- Are comfortable taking initiative and helping lead a team
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Can stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Are dependable, responsible, and willing to jump in wherever needed
- Take pride in your work and care about food quality and cleanliness
- Have a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team
- Are available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus, but we're also interested in strong restaurant team members who are ready to take the next step.

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
