Position Overview
As a Restaurant Shift Lead, you will have a responsibility to deliver Capriotti's mission of “Sharing Our Passion One Sandwich at a Time.” You’ll prepare high-quality food, provide excellent guest service, maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment, and manage a restaurant team members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork, thrives in a fast-paced setting, has experience and wants to grow within the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry.

Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant team members
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to every guest
- Prepare sandwiches, salads, and menu items according to Capriotti's recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including kitchen and dining areas
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times
- Take orders accurately at the point-of-sale register
- Work collaboratively with team members and other shift leads to ensure excellent service
- Complete required training programs and development programs
- Help create a positive, high-energy team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Current or previous restaurant experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented work ethic
- Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
