About the Role:

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about food and customer satisfaction to help us create memorable experiences for our guests in Harrisburg, PA.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality sandwiches and menu items with care and attention to detail.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and improve service efficiency.
- Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and advance within the company.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for food and commitment to quality service.
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
