PURPOSE OF POSITION:
As a Director of Digital Loyalty, you will play a crucial role in leveraging our digital tools to execute impactful marketing campaigns through loyalty, SMS and email channels. Your primary responsibility will be to grow and optimize our loyalty system, ensuring effective communication with our customer base while fostering strong customer relationships to increase customer retention and frequency.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

CRM Management
- Develop and implement strategies for managing Loyalty activities.
- Ensure smooth integration and functioning of Loyalty tools (experience with Punchh platform is a plus).
- Regularly analyze CRM & digital attribution data to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Segmentation and Targeting:
- Create and manage targeted customer segments for personalized marketing efforts.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for customer engagement.

Campaign Development & Execution:
- Design and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Write compelling copy and create engaging graphics for various campaigns.
- Explore ways to expand the loyalty program through customer acquisition by partnering with all departments.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns to identify areas for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with operations to ensure alignment of CRM strategies.
- Coordinate with IT and data teams to ensure seamless data flow and system integration.
- Continuous Improvement:
2. Continuously seek to improve CRM strategies based on latest trends and industry standards.
3. Employ a testing strategy on all messaging elements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4-6 years experience in loyalty management, particularly with email and SMS marketing.
- Strong skills in writing, graphic design, and content creation.
- Experience with the Punchh platform is highly desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
