PURPOSE OF POSITION:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing Project Manager to join our growing marketing team. This individual will play a key role in our brand's social presence, driving engagement, and supporting the successful launch of new shop openings. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing social media posting, managing new store openings, and collaborating with our creative agency to ensure our marketing efforts align with our brand vision.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Project Execution: Collaborate with senior marketing team members to execute a variety of ad hoc marketing projects that align with the company's marketing objectives. Projects may include special campaigns, event promotions, content creation, partnerships, and more.
  2. Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring that deadlines and deliverables are met. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams such as design, content, and digital marketing.
  3. Content Creation: Contribute to content creation efforts, including writing copy for marketing materials such as social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and other communication channels.
  4. Market Research: Conduct research to gain insights into industry trends, target audience behavior, and competitor activities. Provide recommendations based on research findings to optimize ad hoc projects.
  5. Data Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing marketing performance data, providing insights and suggestions for optimizing ongoing and future projects.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and overall marketing efforts. Coordinate with external vendors and partners as necessary for project execution.
  7. Project Documentation: Maintain organized project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status updates, and reports to track progress and measure success.
  8. Creativity: Bring creative ideas and innovative approaches to the table when brainstorming ad hoc projects, campaigns, and strategies.
  9. Adaptability: Embrace a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities and project requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Technical proficiency of Meta and Google marketing suites
  • Technical and strategic understanding of digital media 
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, email marketing, analytics).
    • Competent in data analysis with expertise in excel. 
    • Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite 
    • Experience in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Review Management Platforms
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign)
  • 3–4 years of Agency experience Proven experience in marketing, building sales in a multi-unit restaurant environment
