Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is hiring a General Manager for one of our St. Louis area locations. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced retail, banking, grocery, warehouse, or food service leaders who want a stable environment with clear systems and expectations.

What You’ll Do:

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will work alongside your team while also managing performance and profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of leadership experience (retail, restaurant, grocery, warehouse, banking, or similar)
• Stable work history
• Strong scheduling and time management skills
• Comfortable using POS systems, email, and spreadsheets
• High accountability and reliability
• Ability to lead by example

Restaurant experience is helpful but not required. We value operational leadership and consistency above all.
Physical Requirements:
