Responsibilities-

Contributes to a team environment by recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishments.
Follow inventory control procedures and guidelines.
Follows all Capriotti’s procedures and operational policies, cash handling, sanitation, and safety/security, to ensure the safety of all Team Members and guests during each shift.
Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote Capriotti’s values and culture.
Must demonstrate proficiency in all areas of shop operations to assist where needed during assigned shift.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop
Work as a team to prepare for each shift.
Ability to manage time effectively while meeting all job responsibilities.
Maintains a positive work environment for other Team Members and guests during each shift.
Complete all training programs assigned to the specific duty. This is a requirement and is ongoing throughout the duration of your employment.

*Qualifications*

Excellent guest service skills are required.
Must be able to take direction
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Mathematics: All positions require that you handle money for customers and take stock of supplies. The ability to add and subtract quickly is necessary.
Stamina: You often stand for long periods of time and may be required to lift objects that weight up to 50 lbs.
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
Flexible schedule; will include nights and weekends.
At least 16 years of age.

Compensation: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
